Our workshop remains at the heart of our business, although the machinery is more sophisticated than when we opened in 1961. Manufacturing
Our workshop can manufacture and customize a range of tooling based on customer needs including custom modifications such as boring arbor, locking pin holes for saw blades and changes to router bit profiles. For our planer and jointer knives, we use Leuco German knife steel with a genuine 18% tungsten alloy mix and these knives can be produced at any length up to 1000mm.
Knife Profiling
We produce precision-ground custom profile knives - you provide the drawing or sample and we’ll create the knives for you. We also have over 7,000 profiles already available in our range.
